We urgently need sleeping bags as we have completely run out!

We are currently seeing new faces arriving at our centre every day, and in order to be able to provide them with provisions such as sleeping bags, roll mats and rucksacks, we need your fantastic donations.

If you have sleeping bags that are in good, usable condition, these can be taken to the Mint Methodist Church on Fore Street (Postcode: EX4 3AT) or they can be purchased from our Amazon Wishlist , where they will be sent directly to our centre: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/registry/wishlist/12394LKC68V27/ref=nav_wishlist_lists_1

Thank you.

The Exeter women's rough sleeping census for 2025 is now live on our website.

This report written by St Petrock's in collaboration with partner organisations, helps to paint a better picture of the reality women face whilst rough sleeping. As well as how their experiences differ from those of men.

In the year of 2025/26, we supported 267 new contacts through our at our services and a total of 452 individuals.

Our aim is to always provide the best and most needed support to those who need us. If we can't meet a specific requirement, we will work closely with partner organisations to get the right support for each individual.

If you would like to find out more about how we support those visiting our centre, you can do so here: https://stpetrocks.org.uk/about-st-petrocks-exeters-homelessness-charity/what-we-do/

Over the past year, we've seen more people visiting our centre and been busier than ever.

In 2025, roughly 50 people were sleeping on Exeter's streets every night.

We're here for the long haul - we will keep providing a safe space to those who need it and offer advice for those who need us.

We couldn't do this without your continued support and generosity.

If you would like to donate, you can do so here: https://stpetrocks.org.uk/give-help/donate-money/

Today marks the start of St Petrock's Week.

Over the coming days we will be highlighting some of the work that our team have carried out over the past year and why we do what we do.

One such example is the fact that in the 2025/26 period, we provided 16,023 meals (five days a week, including Christmas Day)

An amazing fact is, that Linda (in the photo) has worked at St Petrock's for the last 23 years and during this time has prepared over 250,000 meals!

With it in the high 20s and an Amber heat alert in Exeter and across the South West for the coming day, those experiencing homelessness face some very real risks.
