☔️ Park Yoga Weather Update ☔️
As most of you already know, Jules is away this Sunday and may not have WiFi to update you about Park Yoga tomorrow morning. THEREFORE, please use your best judgment regarding the weather before heading to Sunday’s session. If the rain has stopped, then Saghar will be there 9:30-10:30am at Cowick Barton Playing Fields to guide you through the session. However, if it’s still raining, it’s best to stay in and join next week. 👍 Fingers crossed for some sunshine!!! 🌦️🌤️☀️🌳

🫶 This year we've hit an incredible milestone of over 100,000 attendances this summer!

💚 We could never have imagined we'd be supporting so many people's wellbeing when we started 10 years ago. Thanks to every participant, instructor, volunteer and partner who's helped us achieved this.

🌷 Park Yoga brings free, accessible yoga to communities all over the UK and we can't wait to see everyone for the final 3 weeks of the season.
