It was the last stable club last Saturday before our summer break and when given free choice everyone wanted to groom and pamper the ponies and make sure their beds were clean. We're back on 12th September. Have a wonderful summer everyone!

Today in stable club we learned how to put on a bridle and check it fits properly and all had a try. Thank you Charm for being a great helper! We also had a good sort out of the grooming kits

This week at stable club we learned how to correctly put on a saddle, and everyone had a chance to try it themselves. We also discussed a few simple checks to ensure the saddle fits the pony properly. Afterwards, we did some grooming and practised rolling up lead ropes — it’s not as easy as it looks!
