We are still recruiting for a trial investigating whether digital materials can promote physical activity in young people with cystic fibrosis. ⚽️🏓🏃‍♀️🩰🏈

Being physically active has important health benefits for everyone. People with cystic fibrosis can obtain extra benefits, including improved lung function and sputum clearance, as well as many psychological and social benefits.

The University of Exeter is running a trial to see if using digital materials about physical activity can help young people with CF to be more active.
