Visit pinhoepantomime.co.uk to learn more! We are based in Pinhoe, near Exeter in the south of the UK. Every year, we put on a magical pantomime. If you live, work or can travel to the area, we would love to see you at one of our shows. We are always ready to welcome new members, so please check out our News and feel free to get in touch or come along to one of our auditions or readings. Pantomime

s are usually held in January, at America Hall in Pinhoe. We are all volunteers helping out in many areas from being a member of the cast, producing, choreography, making costume, scenery and props to lighting, sound, being a member of the stage team, front of house, publicity, box office and playing in the band. Auditions are normally held in June or July with rehearsals every Wednesday at the United Reformed Church Hall in Pinhoe and some Fridays at America Hall or other local venues. Our Members are very enthusiastic and as well as the annual Pantomime, we also stage other events and some Summer Shows, which are normally a variety show with a meal during the interval – a real piece of community theatre! We were very fortunate to be awarded a grant from the Awards for All, Lottery Grants for Local Groups; this money paid for our new sound equipment. We are grateful to our local councilor who arranged for us to receive a further grant towards the cost of our professional sound desk.
