Ripple Effect Devon Ripple Effect enables people facing multiple disadvantage to develop personal skills whilst helping others in their community.

We facilitate participants to create and join social action teams or ‘task forces’ to undertake activities which benefit the community. These could be short-term pieces of work, such as making a film to raise awareness of a local issue, or ongoing projects such as tending a community garden.
