We are a student-led branch of the Anthony Nolan charity. Marrow's main aim is to save the lives of people with blood cancer.

The stem cell register provides life saving stem cell transplants to people who have blood cancer, such as leukaemia. Exeter Marrow also helps to raise awareness of Anthony Nolan and blood cancer and raise vital funds to help support Anthony Nolan's lifesaving work.

- Volunteer coordinator

🩸 All volunteer work with Marrow looks great on a CV and there is a chance to attend 2 conferences (national + regional).

🩸No prior experience needed just an ambition and commitment to making a difference.

🩸Please submit a 250 word statement explaining why you would like to be part of Marrow and why you would be suited to your chosen role(s).

From 7pm - Midnight we will be hosting an evening of cocktails, music and speed dating (optional)!

Everyone is welcome to come and have a fun and romantic evening celebrating love and the fantastic work of Marrow and Anthony Nolan.

Tickets are £10 pp or £15 pp with a glass of Prosecco on arrival with all the profits going to Anthony Nolan 💙

Come and find us in the forum this Friday to grab a Krispy Kreme and learn why donating isn’t scary!

Wow, what a year it has been…

We have raised an incredible £3,492 for Anthony Nolan and we have recruited 211 potential lifesavers to the stem cell register!

What a fantastic achievement! 🎉

We are so grateful for everyone who has been involved this year, to name a few:

- Our wonderful volunteers
- Everyone who was in or bought the naked calendar
- Anyone who attended any of our events (the soirée, donor recruitment events, freshers fair)
- Anyone who bought some secondhand scrubs
- The lovely businesses that supported our raffles and those who bought tickets
- And of course our lovely committee

Thank you all for such a wonderful year of lifesaving work, keep your eyes peeled over the coming weeks for more about our 2022/23 committee and plans for another year of lifesaving!
