At our last Social Club we enjoyed a day at Wildwood Escot.

We were really lucky that all the animals were out enjoying the sunshine ☀️ The group really enjoyed the maze and trying to find their way out. Also a big hit was the zip line and death slide 😊

The Saturday Club also had a great day at the weekend. Group 4 enjoyed a new venue for us, Drakes Farm. We met and fed the animals and enjoyed play and exploration around the farm. Thank you to Kim for making us so welcome ☺️

The other groups enjoyed other activities including fun and games in the hydro pool, bouncy castle and circuits in the hall, Brio train set and had an Animal Encounters session with Chris 🦎🦔🐍

We had a lovely day on Saturday at the Siblings Group enjoying a treasure hunt and the scooter boards outside and bouncy castle 🏰 in the hall.

In the morning we went to Sainsbury's and chose our ingredients to make pizza 🍕 lunch.

We met and learnt about the animals in the afternoon 🦎🐍 with Chris from Animal Encounters ☺️

One of our amazing parents is running the Great West Run on 24 May to raise money for The Hollow Lane Club as their lovely daughter attends and has called us 'The Fun Club'. We love having her at the Club particularly seeing her wonderful smile.
As you're aware we are a charity and rely heavily on grants and fundraising so that we can provide the activities and opportunities for our young people. We are so grateful for this support and below is a video made by the family (with clips from our promotional video) which includes the JustGiving link. Please share and support if you can. On Saturday at the Social Club we enjoyed a walk up to Sainsbury's to buy ingredients to make pizza. We all choose our ingredients and then went round the shop to find them.

We enjoyed a picnic lunch on the field and some of the boys enjoyed a game of football.

In the afternoon, Chris from Animal Encounters came to see us with some of his animals. Everyone got really involved with either holding them or touching them and we had the opportunity to ask any questions afterwards 🐍🕷️🦎

It was a lovely day 🙂

With many thanks to the Exeter Chiefs Foundation for their support and Grant which has enabled us to purchase a storage container.

The container will be a great asset to The Hollow Lane Club allowing us to store equipment, paperwork, group activities and bouncy castle etc. all in one place. There is also space for bikes and trikes which we are hoping to purchase in the near future.

This Saturday Club, some of us enjoyed a day out at the Devon Railway 🚂 Centre at Bickleigh. It was the first time we had visited and we all had a great.

Lydia Bailys was entertaining us all in the morning with an interactive story of The Little Mermaid 🧜‍♂️ followed by themed activities.

Othe activities included fun and games in the hydro pool, bouncy castle and making Easter 🐣cards and Easter 🐥 egg nests.

We hope you all enjoy the Easter break and look forward to seeing you next term 😊

What a beautiful day to be outdoors 🌞 On Saturday, the Siblings Group had an Easter craft morning making Easter nests and chicks, then we faced our fears and got on the high ropes at GoApe at Haldon! We loved the zip wire and to quote one child "one of the best things I've done in my whole entire life!"

What a great day 😊
