⭐ Leadership Training at 180DC Exeter ⭐

A huge thank you to our 180DC Exeter alumni — Elizabeth Barber (Oliver Wyman), Luis Surroca Llorens (Goldman Sachs), and Zach Boyce (EY-Parthenon) — for joining us as panellists at our Leadership Training Workshop this week.

Our Executive Team, Project Managers, and Senior Consultants had the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals about what it takes to lead consulting projects effectively. The session covered key topics including client leadership, team communication, managing scope, and delivering high-quality outputs under real project constraints.

It was a genuinely formative and insightful session, giving our leadership team practical perspectives on how to operate more professionally and deliver greater value to our clients.

We’re incredibly grateful to our alumni community for continuing to support and invest in the next generation of 180DC Exeter consultants.

We recently hosted an event connecting branch leaders with global leadership opportunities at 180 Degrees Consulting 🌍

Our new Global Webinar Series helps branch consultants and executives better understand the Global Leadership Team (GLT) and how they can take their impact from local to global.

For our first session, featured insights from speakers working at top consulting firms like BCG, McKinsey, and Oliver Wyman, sharing how their GLT experience shaped their careers.

The speakers for the webinar are:
1. Alessandra Cappelletti – Associate at Boston Consulting Group and Chief of Staff at the Global Leadership Team (GLT).
2. Nilay Gandhi – Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and Growth Team Lead at the GLT.
3. Isabelle Morrison-Clare – Consultant at Oliver Wyman and Operations Specialist at the GLT.

We were invited to present both our branch and our projects, a huge thank you to .oxford and for organising such a fantastic event.

Special thanks to our alumnus, Jonah Oxborough, for being one of the panelists 🙌
