Advertising on Radio Exe for Devon is well worth the investment, thank you The National Lottery Awards For All, we have reached so many organisations and created safe spaces for people to access resources and support. There is now an amazing gateway where you can call and they connect you with the support you need https://ddaa.org.uk/ 08082 816161
We really hope National Lottery recognise the huge difference this makes to peopleโ€™s lives and continue funding More Positive Me CIC

๐Ÿ“ฃWeโ€™re on day eight of our 16 Days of Action, with todayโ€™s theme being Self-care/Grounding/Emotional Regulation. ๐Ÿ“ฃ

Self-care, grounding, and emotional regulation techniques are crucial when it comes to coping with trauma, managing intense emotions like panic and anxiety, and rebuilding a sense of safety and control.

Self-care involves deliberate actions to maintain physical and emotional health and is an essential part in rebuilding the loss of self-esteem/worth and confidence that can come as a consequence of experiencing any form of abuse or violence.
