All set up for another Live Longer Better session! We are covering Basic nutrition and why is important to our long term health, barriers to eating well and ideas to overcome them.
We finish the session making a hot, filling lunch, a grab bag for the freezer and high protein breakfast to start the next day full of beans!
These sessions fill my heart, it is always such a pleasure to spend time chatting, laughing and learning from each other.
