The 2026 Shoe Box Appeal has officially launched, and we’d love for you to be part of it!

Filled with small, practical items such as toiletries, stationery and clothing, your boxes are distributed across eight different countries in Europe to those in poverty and people whose lives have been affected by conflict.

Each box is personal. Each one is an expression of care. Each one lets someone know they have not been forgotten.

We're Hiring!

We are looking for a hard-working, practical and motivated Warehouse & Shop Coordinator to join our team at our Harbour Road shop.

Working across both the warehouse and shop, you will help coordinate the day-to-day flow of donated goods.

You should have experience working in a retail, warehouse, stock processing or similar operational environment.

This is a full-time job, working 5 days per week between Monday to Saturday.

New Role: Supported Trainee Coordinator

Could you help someone reach their potential?

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic person to coordinate our Supported Trainee Programme, helping adults with learning disabilities and additional support needs to develop confidence, independence and practical work skills.

You need to have:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A patient, positive and encouraging approach
- A desire to help others reach their potential
Previous experience is welcome but not essential – full training will be provided.

One-year contract. Flexible working available. Part-time or full-time considered – 4 or 5 days per week.

Applicants should be sympathetic towards the mission, vision and values of Blythswood.
