Alice being in kennels is breaking our hearts 😭

We need a superstar to offer her a home just until early December, at which point she has another longer term foster home to go to 🏡

🌟 All you need to do is show her love (she cannot be walked)

Alice was rescued from the streets of Bulgaria. For this reason, she must be cleared of Brucellosis before she can be adopted. Her test is booked for December. She tested negative in Bulgaria before travel so we don't foresee any issues with the UK test but we must follow the rules.

She can live safely with healthy adults who are not immune compromised and cats (she is cat friendly).

We have a longer term foster home waiting but due to a medical condition, the family can't have her until she's tested negative.

She's going to shut down in kennels where she's currently isolating. We really don't want her to lose her socialisation or friendliness. Being in a kennel can also cause behaviour issues in the future in some dogs.

We are begging now - please can someone foster her from as soon as possible until early December 2026.

She can't be walked so a garden is a must but that's the only requirement, other than someone who will love her and cuddle her 💕 and show her what life can be like in a home 🏡

A homecheck will be required.

Alice has arrived in We urgently need a dog + child free foster home for her. She cannot be placed in a home with children, dogs or immune compromised humans until she has had her Brucellosis test and confirmed negative. She had a Brucellosis test before travel which was negative but until she is tested in the UK, she needs an isolation home. She is currently with us in rescue HQ but as we have other dogs and young children, we really need to move her as soon as possible. We re-home nationwide. Please msg if you can help. All of us here at Last Hope Rescue want to express our deepest condolences and pay tribute to the two British ladies who tragically lost their lives, along with nine rescue dogs, whilst transporting them from Turkey to France, via Romania.

We are utterly heartbroken. This devastating incident has taken two earth angels — women who gave their time, their compassion, and their whole hearts to saving dogs and fighting for their chance at a happy life. As well as the lives of 9 beautiful dogs who were on their way to a better life.

Their dedication went far beyond duty; it was love in action.

Although we did not know them personally, we feel compelled to honour them. They deserve recognition for the kindness they carried, the lives they changed, and the hope they brought to animals who had none. It is clear they were two incredibly selfless, gentle‑souled women.

Across the rescue community, hearts are shattered. This is a tragedy that should never have happened, and the sadness is felt deeply 💔

Our heartfelt condolences to their families, rescue family and all who knew and loved them.

You devoted your lives to those who needed you most, and your legacy will live on through every dog you saved and every person who loved you. The world is better because you were in it.

Can anyone help from next week? Female dog around 4 years old needs to isolate so we are looking for a 3 month foster carer with no other dogs.

All costs covered by us. If you haven't already applied to us, a homecheck will be required.

Anywhere in England or Wales considered. We provide transport.

This is for 3 months only (unless you fall in love with her, obviously 🤗). To allow us to prepare her for adoption.

Can you help give a dog a second chance and give her the chance of finding a forever home 🏡
