Grassroots Jazz has just sent the initial grant to this important club. Paul, Cathy and the team have been steering the ship through tough times, and they need your support. They will get the second grant once their Instagram followers hit 2000 and their Facebook followers hit 1000, so please give them a follow!
Also - if you appreciate the work that Grassroots Jazz is doing then feel free to make a donation. Link in bio.
Without your help, we can’t do anything. Thanks.

Grassroots Jazz has just helped out The Bread and Roses in Plymouth.
Louise Parker has built and maintained a great outlet for jazz down there, but she just needs a little bit of help.
A £500 grant is winging its way to them right now. When they hit 10,000 followers on Facebook and 5,000 on Instagram they will get a further £1,500.
So please give them a follow on both!

There’s not currently enough money left in the Grassroots Jazz charity to help anybody else out so I figure the best use of the few quid I have left is to push awareness for the cause.
This is part one of the Arts Council England funded documentary that explores the needs of some of the grassroots jazz venues in the UK. I put in a whole lot of effort and a whole lot of Miles into this so I’d be really pleased if you would take a look, and if you would also like to help, then please follow the link to the website in the comments.
A link to part two is there too.
Thanks for looking.

Grassroots jazz has just made the second grant of £1500 to Jazz 825 in Southend-on-Sea.
Trevor Taylor has been programming jazz in Southend for 40 years and this money **raised by YOU** will help to ensure that he can carry on his great work with just a little bit more breathing space, for a while.
If you like the work that I’m doing then feel free to make a donation by visiting the website. Link in bio.
It’s just a modest operation (for which I take no money for operating) but for some of the 25 clubs that have been beneficiaries of grants it really has been the last chance saloon.
Happy new year!
