Screening Opinion for land adjoining Ewell East Station, Priest Hill, Ewell, KT17 1QR.

No issues raised by Epsom and Ewell Borough Council against a large housing development on playing fields on Priest Hill in Ewell.

An update from Copilot on the screening by EEBC of the plans for development on Downs Farm, Reigate Road, Ewell. Information has been gathered from several sources.

Explore the proposed Downs Farm development: 500-675 homes planned amidst council discussions, environmental assessments, and community impact.

The total raised so far to protect Downs Farm is £7,843 by GoFundMe and by bank transfer. This will enable the first stage of legal advice, but more funds are needed !

A campaign has been launched to prevent a major development of up to 656 homes on Green Belt land at Downs Farm, Reigate Road, Epsom. The target is to raise £25,000 in two phases.

Possible options on Green Belt land to the south of Downs Farm, Reigate Road, Ewell. A SEND school or sports pitches , on land adjacent to the Waste Transfer Station at the Chalk Pit. Access from the Reigate Road will be shared with 500 homes.

Details from the outline plan for a large development of homes on Green Belt land at Downs Farm, Reigate Road, Ewell. Several blocks close to the Waste Transfer Station at the Chalk Pit. A pond to the north to help with drainage. The only access by car to the site of 500 homes is on Reigate Road.

The Master Plan for the proposed major housing development on Green Belt land at Downs Farm, Reigate Road, Ewell. Affordable homes packed close to houses in Longdown Lane North and Reigate Road. Plenty of space around Downs Farm. The layout is to be finalised but is expected to include homes up to four storeys high.
