Our incredible team at Extern's Enniskillen Early Years & Youth Support Groups is embarking on an exciting adventure! On Saturday, October 7th, they'll be climbing the renowned Cuilcagh Mountain's Stairway to Heaven boardwalk, all for a fantastic cause.

The goal? To raise funds for Extern's essential services that make a real impact on young lives. The sponsorship collected from this challenge will be used to revamp their group work room with awesome upgrades like a new TV's, gaming consoles, musical instruments, and more!

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
As a Fundraising and Events Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving our fundraising efforts and enhancing community engagement.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:

1. Planning, organising, and executing fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives eg marathon participants, coffee mornings, skydives etc
2. Collaborating with the team to develop innovative fundraising strategies.
3. Establishing and maintaining relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
4. Managing event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, and coordinating vendors.
5. Creating compelling content for fundraising materials and social media platforms.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

1. Minimum of NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
2. Three years’ relevant recent experience of fundraising/marketing in the charity/Community and Voluntary Sector.
3. Proven experience of supporting a team to increase income through co-ordinated fundraising campaigns and community & corporate engagement
