Dementia UK Admiral Nurse clinics will be returning to Enniskillen Nationwide branch from the 19-21st May.
A wide range of topics can be covered in appointments, from anyone concerned about their memory (pre diagnosis), family carers or people living with dementia who require information/advice/support on symptom management, discussing social care support / legal issues / finances right to end of life symptoms and grief. People may book to avail of emotional support, whether that is a person living with a dementia diagnosis or a carer who is caring for someone living with dementia.
Appointments are 45 minutes in length and there are 5 slots per day. You do not have to be a Nationwide customer to attend.
Bookings can be made on our website www.dementiauk.org/nationwide or by texting the word 'APPOINTMENT' to 07478 724000 (please note this number does not accept incoming calls, it is text only), and we will call the person to support with making a booking.
