Highfield Friends and Parents Association Ely - HFPA We fundraise to support SEN pupils at Highfield School in Ely.

The Highfield Friends and Parents Association (HFPA) was founded in 1999 as a fundraising group aiming to support disabled pupils attending Highfield School in Ely, both in their education, personal development and wellbeing. In January 2014 the HFPA became a UK Registered Charity (No. 1155274) in order to be able to access additional streams of funding.

Only just sat down after being on our feet since 9am but where do we start...
Today was our very first big event and we want to thank each and every one of you who helped us today from the food trucks, the stall holders, the entertainment, the volunteers and every single person who came through our gates today we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Your support today has helped us more than you'll realise with securing vital funds required for our students and the funds raised goes towards specialist equipment and experiences to aid inclusion and their development. As you know our students have a huge variety of disabilities but these funds help them tremendously.

We will reveal how much we've raised in due course but for now we need this much deserved cold drink!

We can't quite believe we're saying this but Tomorrow is the big day!!!

Our first ever summer fete fundraiser at Highfield Ely Academy, CB6 1BD.

Kicking off at 12pm until 2pm
(11am - 12pm exclusive access to Highfield Ely Academy and Highfield Littleport Academy students and their loved ones)

There will be delicious food, beautiful gifts, friendly faces and lots of fun!

You really can't afford to miss this one!

It's soooo close now!

Only 2 days to go until our biggest event... Our FIRST Summer Fete Fundraiser on Sunday 14th June 12pm - 2pm (opening 11am -12pm for exclusive access to Highfield Ely Academy and Highfield Littleport Academy students and their loved ones.)

We are hoping the event will be a big hit with everyone who comes along (both attendees and businesses)

These events really do make a huge difference for our students as it provides us with vital funds to be able to give the students access to specialist equipment and experiences that promote inclusion and will aid their development.

We are so thankful to everyone who's been involved in this event so far and cannot wait to see you all there.

Please remember:
- no smoking/vaping on site
- no dogs (except assistance dogs)
- no unaccompanied under 18's
- cash preferred please
- free entry (donations welcome)
- car parking available at Ely college but please park considerably and think of our community and consider emergency vehicles access to surrounding areas when parking.

We always hear "the best of 3" so here is 3 different sites weather predictions for Sunday 14th June (our BIG Summer Fete!!!) 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Ironically 3 is also the amount of days left until you can enjoy tasty treats, buy beautiful handmade gifts, take home a jar of something delicious and do all this with your face painted as a tiger (or whatever you choose!) disclaimer: there's also lots more fun to be had aside from these mentioned so come along and discover whats on offer.

It's only 5 days to go and after seeing Chloegreenfood 's video we are salivating and even more excited for this Sunday's fete.

Special mention also to MattyMakesMunch for his support too. Both have been incredible.

Can't wait to see everyone who makes it Sunday and don't forget we are open to all the community so why not pop along as it's donations on the door making it more accessible for all 😊

So it's 6 days until the biggest event we've ever ran...

We also always are looking for new HFPA committee members. We honestly don't ask much from you... it's just attend a termly meeting, bring all your fab ideas and enthusiasm and be willing to help with events or take on planning one.

You get to join a friendly bunch of people with making a difference, get to know all the upcoming events first and most importantly you get bragging rights for helping make a difference.
