Sometimes, it's lovely to give ourselves permission to slow down, take our time and enjoy a little more of what yoga has to offer.

My Extended Practice is an opportunity to delve deeper into your practice, with extra time to explore asanas in more depth, play with variations, refine your alignment and perhaps discover something new about your practice.

There'll be space to breathe, time to find your flow, and the perfect opportunity to settle into a longer, deeply nourishing Savasana.

Booking is Essential with limited numbers.

I look forward to welcoming you to your mat and sharing this experience with you.

Natasha 🙏
