Proud to see CCLG: The Children & Young People’s Cancer Association’s Child Cancer Smart campaign featured on BBC News, alongside Professor Bob Phillips. The feature highlights the importance of recognising the signs and symptoms of cancer in children and young people.

When it comes to symptoms, look out for those that:
🔢 Appear in clusters (more than one symptom at the same time)
⌛ Don't go away
📈 Get worse over time

It's important not to panic if your child has one of these symptoms. Most childhood illnesses clear up within a couple of weeks. But if symptoms don’t go away after two weeks or something doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts and see a doctor.

Proud to be a parent/patient advocate on this project, with George’s oncologist Dr Vedi.

The project is focused on faster results for families, leading to quicker matched treatment plans for children and equity of access to these services across the UK.

🧡Sage & Soul Winter Wellness Showcase🧡

Put Saturday 28th November in your diaries. Just George cheerleaders are working in partnership with the Sage & Soul Wellness Events for the third time, raising awareness and fundraising whilst slowing down and giving time to our wellbeing.

We would love to see you there. We will be serving seasonal refreshments 🎃☕️🥣 and a running a tombola, full of great prizes.
