🛟🐾 TODAY’S THE DAY! 🐾🛟

Our 1st Sutton Beavers are taking on their sponsored hike today in aid of the RNLI! 💙

Their adventure starts with a special tour of the lifeboat station, where they’ll get the chance to learn more about the incredible work the RNLI does to keep people safe at sea. 🚤🌊

Then it’s time to put those little legs to work! 🥾 They’ll be hiking their way to their rather exciting sleepover destination… Hunstanton Sea Life Centre! 🐧🦭🦈

And what an amazing job they’ve already done! 🎉

They have currently raised an incredible £840 — before Gift Aid! 🙌

We’d absolutely LOVE to see them smash £1,000 by the end of their adventure today! 💙

Whether you’ve already donated or can spare just a few pounds, every donation makes a difference and helps support the lifesaving work of the RNLI.

🎯 Can we get our Beavers over £1,000 today?

Good luck, Beavers! 🥾🐾💙
We are SO proud of you! 🛟

🦫🥾 THE 1ST SUTTON BEAVERS ARE TAKING ON A BIG ADVENTURE! 🌊❤️

On 12th September, our Beavers are swapping their usual Colony meeting for an exciting adventure along the Norfolk coast! 🌊

They’ll be hiking from the RNLI Lifeboat Station at Old Hunstanton into Hunstanton, learning all about the incredible work of the RNLI along the way. 🛟

And when they reach their destination… the adventure isn’t over! 🎉 They’ll be spending the night at Hunstanton Sea Life Centre for a very special sleepover! 🐧🦭🌙

But there’s an important reason behind their challenge. ❤️

The Beavers have decided to raise money for the RNLI – helping support the volunteer crews and lifeguards who work tirelessly to save lives at sea. The RNLI relies heavily on donations to continue its lifesaving work.

We’re incredibly proud of our Beavers for taking on this challenge and fundraising for such an important cause. 🦫👏

If you can spare anything at all, please consider sponsoring them. Every donation helps! ❤️

🌍 Helping other people is at the heart of Scouting! 📬

Over the next week or so, you'll see members of 1st Sutton Scout Group and their families out and about delivering the Sutton Parish Council Summer Newsletter.

From our youngest Squirrels right through to our Scouts, it's a great opportunity for our young people to put their Scout values into action, support the local community, and lend a helping hand.

Keep an eye on your letterbox for your copy, and if you spot our young people and families on their delivery adventures, be sure to give them a wave! 👋

A big thank you to everyone who has volunteered their time to help. Together, we're making a positive difference in our village.
