Today is World Theatre Day. 🎭🥳

And for us, theatre has never just been about the stage… It’s always been about people.

About walking into a room, not quite sure if you belong —
and leaving knowing that you absolutely do!

About finding your voice when life has tried to quiet it, and feeling you have the right to take up space… sometimes for the very first time.

At The Boaty Theatre Company, we don’t just make theatre.
We build spaces where stories are shared, risks are taken,
and people are held — properly, honestly, and without judgement.

From first-time performers finding their feet to bold new works stepping out into the world… From community rooms to sellout tours…

We’ve grown this together.

So this World Theatre Day, we'd like to say THANK YOU to everyone who has been on this journey with us.

Through the wins and the hard days… Through the celebrations and the fundraisers.
Through the toughest moments that have asked so much of us.

Honoured to have David Bradley as part of our project.

We are thrilled to welcome to the cast the vocal talents of David Bradley.

David Bradley is an acclaimed British actor known for his unforgettable roles across stage and screen. Audiences worldwide will recognise him as Argus Filch in the Harry Potter films, Walder Frey in Game of Thrones, and as the First Doctor in Doctor Who specials, where he honoured the legacy of the original Time Lord. A Laurence Olivier Award-winning stage performer and veteran of the Royal Shakespeare Company and National Theatre, David brings a wealth of experience and gravitas to every role.
