Any ROOT members who were affected by the McCloud remedy and have recently completed their Remediable Service Statement (RSS) are urged to checked their XPS statement via the online portal. Some individuals have reported to us that the figure they agreed upon by selecting β€˜Option 1’ in their RSS are not those that they have been paid.
Unfortunately there is nobody working in the Pensions department at CFRS today and getting information out of XPS is proving difficult.
We will keep members updated.
