CSAhell.com has a long running mission to bring about change within the Child Support Agency. The unfair system gives the agency too much power, which it wields without any care, attention or concern for its actions. Mistakes are rife and rarely acknowledged, and complaints are largely ignored. The main issue we are fighting is the connection between payments and contact – while the CSA insists it

doesn’t get involved with contact between the NRP and the child(ren), it does inform the PWC they will receive more money if contact is stopped. The PWC should be means tested before any award is made, and we should never be in a situation where the NRPs new family and children go without and their child tax credits are taken from them.
