Sunday the 17th of May is International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia.

These injustices are rooted in gender and social inequalities, gender-based violence and harmful stereotypes. There can be no equality without equality for all - we all matter or none of us do.

We are here for you on this day, and every day. 🏳️‍🌈️

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. In this image, a survivor, who accessed support from our young people’s service, Rise Up, visualises their mental health in this piece of artwork.

They said “It’s great to be able to draw what I’m feeling, especially when I can’t find the words.”

Rise Up, supports survivors aged 11-18 affected by sexual violence. When accessing the service, you don't need to tell us all the details of what happened to you. We move at your pace and discuss what you want to discuss. We exist to provide space for your story to be held and heard.
