The next Bread & Banter session will be on Thursday 11th June 6pm-8pm!

This month we're hosting a quiz, so bring your thinking caps! This is a group activity but we'll also have our regular games and crafts on offer too.

On the menu in June is Pizza with sides and Cake & Custard - remember to tell us your pizza preference when booking.

The next Bread & Banter session will be on Thursday 14th May 6pm-8pm!

This month we're having a relaxed Movie Night! Cast your votes at the beginning of the session and we'll watch the winning movie. We'll also have our usual games and crafts too if you fancy some multitasking.

On the menu in April is Make & Build Your Own Tacos and Popcorn & Pick n' Mixes during the movie.

The deadline for TESCO Stronger Starts votes has been extended to April 26th!

We are in the running to receive up to £1,500 from TESCO Stronger Starts to help us deliver our popular Eat, Chat, Chill sessions!

These sessions ensure that young people have a safe space to meet, enjoy a FREE two course meal and access the support of youth workers.

Remember to pick up a blue token and pop it into our box. Every token counts! 💙💙

Job Title: Outreach Youth Worker
Location: Elgin & Surrounding Areas
Hours: Full Time/Part Time/Sessional
Salary: £26-28k (Dependent on Experience)
This is a funded, 3 year post.

We are seeking supportive and committed individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people to join our team as an Outreach Youth Worker.

This role will help shape our new project, CashBack @ The Warehouse, which will see you plan and deliver a variety of outreach activities in communities across Moray. This will include school visits, pop-ups in public spaces and collaboration with other groups. The individual will also support our core youth work provision.

You should have worked in a youth work setting or have experience in social work, criminal justice, education or other youth-centred sectors. You will be able to work evenings, weekends and during school holidays when the project will be delivered.

There are only a few more days to use your blue tokens in TESCO Elgin to vote for Elgin Youth Development Group. We are in the running to win up to £1,500 in this round of TESCO Stronger Starts funding but we need your votes to be successful!

The money would support us in providing our Eat, Chat, Chill sessions where we provide every young person in attendance with a free meal. These sessions also create a safe space for our young people to meet, socialise and have fun.
