Last night, our member Jolene presented her "all about me" talk titled "Influenced," sharing key moments and people from her life that shaped her journey to where she is today. "One conversation, one opportunity, or one person taking the time can genuinely change what a person thinks is possible."

His passion for mountaineering took him from Scotland to the Alps and Himalayas, including challenging rescue missions and an unforgettable climb of the Old Man of Hoy with an impending Force 10 gale!
Mark has completed all the Munros and Corbets and now is ticking off the Grahams!
A fascinating talk filled with adventure, resilience and a lifelong love of the mountains! 🏔️👏

A glorious summer evening for a Rotary walk! ☀️☀️☀️

After our weekly meeting tonight, Rotarians took the opportunity to enjoy a walk in the sunshine — because let’s face it, there probably won’t be too many more nights like this! 😎

Our route took us from Johnstons to the Biblical Gardens, then on to Cooper Park for a full lap.

We were also lucky enough to have our very own Jackie as our tour guide, giving us an update along the way on the fantastic work happening around Elgin to help make our town an even better place. 👏

A great evening of sunshine, good company, plenty of steps and another contribution towards Rotary’s Treekly Challenge! 🌱👣

This week we were given a presentation by our very own Davie Small!

Davie presented a detailed account of his trip to Boston to support Scotland at the 2026 World Cup with his sons Iain and David. He described the group's activities, including visiting Boston Common, meeting fellow fans, attending a baseball game at Fenway Park, and watching the Scotland match at a local bar.

Despite not having tickets to the stadium, Davie emphasized the strong atmosphere and camaraderie among Scottish supporters. ⚽️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
