Throwback to Last Sunday's Motorfun 🚗

Can you believe it's already been a week since Motorfun & Family Fun Day 2026?

We're still smiling from what was a fantastic day filled with amazing vehicles, fantastic entertainment, delicious food and, most importantly, a wonderful community atmosphere.

A huge thank you once again to everyone who attended, exhibited, performed, volunteered and supported the event. We are certainly not over Motorfun just yet and are already looking forward to doing it all again next year!

What a day at Motorfun! 🎉

On behalf of everyone at Elgin Rotary Club, we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped make this year's Motorfun & Family Fun Day such a fantastic success.

From the exhibitors, performers, sponsors and volunteers, to the thousands of people who came along to enjoy the day, your support helped create a wonderful community event for all ages.

Events like this take many months of planning and a huge amount of work behind the scenes. We are incredibly grateful to our Rotarians, their families, friends and the many local organisations who gave their time and energy to make the day possible.

Motorfun Organiser Andy Jamieson said:

"Motorfun demands a huge effort from all Rotarians, Rotarians' families and friends. The effort shown by everyone was tremendous and I would like to thank all those who assisted in making the day such a success."

Elgin Rotary President Tilly added:

A huge thank you to all the car enthusiasts who supported Rotary Elgin’s Motorfun & Family Fun Day! 🚗🏆

Many of you have been asking… who took home the prizes this year?

First up, the prestigious Piston Cup! This year’s winner was North East Audi, whose fantastic club stand and impressive display caught the judges’ attention and secured them the top honour.

Congratulations to everyone involved – a well-deserved win! 👏

Welcome to Rotary Elgin Motorfun and Family Fun Day 2026. Moray Concert Brass are opening our fantastic event this year.

Motorfun takes place tomorrow and we're excited to welcome Sheriffmill Motor Company to Cooper Park!

A long established local family business, Sheriffmill is well known across Moray for its fleet of impressive blue recovery vehicles and the wide range of motor services it provides.

As well as bringing some of their lorries along for visitors to see up close, they'll also be carrying out two live vehicle recovery demonstrations during the day, showing how a broken down bus is safely recovered.

If you've ever wondered what goes into recovering a large vehicle, make sure you catch one of these demonstrations!
