The University of Greenwich Sikh Society has organised a fantastic talk by Bhai Jasprit Singh Ji Sikh Historian

Date: Monday 14th March from 6pm onwards
Location: Greenwich Campus - Stephen Lawrence Building room 006

The talk is open to all students and will on Giving our past a future

Don't forget: Today is our talk in collaboration with KCL Sikh Society, join us this at 6:00pm at New Hunts House for an unmissable talk on Sikh sovereignty hosted by the National Sikh Youth Federation, followed by a question and answer session.

The talk will be based around NSYF's recent web series 'Khalistan: Origins of a Nation". We urge you all to watch their web series which will provide you with an in-depth understanding of what the talk will be about. You can watch episode one by opening the following link:

On this day the King of all Kings, the tenth guru of the Sikhs took human form and guided us towards the path of righteousness.

There are no words to describe our Beloved Father: a leader, warrior, saint, poet - nothing will suffice to describe His glory. From the creation of the Khalsa Panth to sacrificing all four of His sons in the face of diabolical tyranny and oppression, the things our Father did for us are simply beyond measure.

May we forever remember the infinite love our Father has for us and may we continue to serve the whole of humanity, love without attachment and may we be worthy of the names 'Singh' and 'Kaur' lovingly bestowed upon us by our Father. May we continue to be inspired by the sheer greatness of Guru Gobind Singh Jee Maharaj.

Congratulations to everyone on the Gurpurb of Guru Gobind Singh Jee Maharaj!
