ACCORD is a small, friendly group of women who aim to create a beautiful sound while having loads of fun together. We sing in 3-part harmony and we love learning new pieces, including jazz, folk, modern pop, and classical. We are led by our fabulous and inspirational musical director Helen Robbie, BMus (Hons), and accompanied by our wonderfully accomplished pianist, Jun Chan. We meet on Thursday e

There is a small membership fee of £45 payable quarterly.

Come along and join ACCORD women’s choir at their “Summer Evening of Music and Song” on Friday 5th June 2026. St Columba’s Church Hall, 13 Upper Gray Street in Newington, EH9 1SN. The choir are performing a light-hearted programme, mainly songs from the musicals and modern classics. Tickets are available at the door from 7pm. £10 and £8 (concession). Coffee/tea and cake is included in the price at the interval.
If anyone is thinking of joining a new choir after the summer break, this is a good opportunity to hear what we do. Everyone will be made most welcome!
