Cash for Kids Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife & Falkirk Cash for Kids helps the children that need it most across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife & Falkirk. In 2023 we raised £2.2million supporting 57,259 children.

Cash for Kids is a grant-giving charity helping disadvantaged children who need it most across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife & Falkirk. We support those who are affected by poverty, illness, neglect or have additional needs. Our grants to families, community organisations and local charities provide support to families who often have nowhere else to go. If you would like to get involved please send us a message.

A huge thank you to Crab & Lobster Shack for their continued support of Cash for Kids!☺️

On Friday 5th June, they celebrated their 1st anniversary, bringing together the local community, customers, and the KSQ football team to celebrate.

As part of the celebrations, Crab & Lobster Shack is inviting customers to support Cash for Kids by purchasing an “invisible” fish supper. 🐟🍟

Every donation will help raise vital funds for our Holiday Hunger projects, providing support to children and families who need it most during the school holidays.

A huge THANK YOU to Electricity Asset Services for their amazing support of Cash for Kids! 💛

As their charity partner, we are incredibly grateful that EAS have chosen to dedicate the entire month of June to fundraising for us alongside Incontri in Dunfermline👏

From the RSS Discovery mast climb and the Dunfermline 10K, to bungee jumps, skydives, water rafting, Ben Nevis and so much more, their team is going above and beyond to make a difference.

We are absolutely blown away by their dedication and generosity. So far they’ve already raised an incredible £11,000🎉

Every penny raised will go directly towards supporting and making a difference to children and families who need it most across our local communities.

Thank you to everyone involved for your amazing support. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the month brings! ❤️

Dundee Discovery Mast Climb on the 31st of May - next Sunday!

Take on this exhilarating experience as you climb 25 meters taking in all the views before zip lining 40 meters back to Dundees waterfront! This is a fairly new concept and is SO fun. 🤩

Claire and I had a great time attending the bp team day to chat all things Cash for Kids 💛

BP has been a long standing supporter of Cash for Kids, not only in Edinburgh, the Lothian’s, Fife and Falkirk but across all of Scotland, and we’re so grateful for the incredible support they’ve given over the years through a variety of fundraising activities.

We shared updates on our recent grant round, all the local children we’ve been able to support, what’s coming up next, and explored how BP can get involved across the East of Scotland to support local communities.

A huge thank you to BP for such a lovely meeting and for their continued support, we can’t wait to see what future fundraising activities bring! 👏

We’re honoured to be able to support Lisa Petrie and LIFT with funding of £10,000 for John McNab Emergency Bleed Control Kits💚

In November 2025 , we discussed these potentially life-saving kits with Pauline from LIFT, and we are so proud to now see them being placed across our local area with funding from Cash for Kids helping provide 100 bleed kits for the community.

Lisa is campaigning in memory of her son, John McNab, to help get as many emergency bleed kits as possible into our communities, and we’re incredibly grateful to be part of such an important initiative. These kits could save lives!!

Last week we celebrated Cash for Kids Day, our biggest fundraising day of the year 💛

But the fundraising doesn’t stop there. Throughout May, all money raised will go towards our Impact Grants, helping children and young people in local communities who need it most.

A huge thank you to our wonderful beneficiary goodtreesnc for creating and sharing this lovely video, showing why they’re supporting Cash for Kids and the difference our grants make🤗

Their incredible team of young people are taking on Ben Lomond to raise funds for Cash for Kids , and they have already raised almost £2,000 an incredible amount of money. We are so grateful for their support.
