Scottish Women's Bible Convention

The Scottish Women’s Bible Convention aims to provide a day of faithful Bible teaching by women for women with the Lord Jesus as our focus.

Our 2026 Convention is on Saturday 3rd October, tickets below! The Scottish Women’s Bible Convention was inspired by a trip to the Midlands Women’s Convention – a joyous day of faithful Bible teaching, great singing and happy chatting in the inevitable loo queues! A small enthusiastic group from Edinburgh and Glasgow decided that it would be great to reproduce all of that north of the border. We a

re convinced that Scotland’s greatest need is to hear God’s voice and that God’s voice is heard when His Word, the Bible is proclaimed. Our aim, therefore, is to provide a day of faithful Bible teaching by women for women with the Lord Jesus as our focus. Our first convention was October 2016.

Meet Carrie Marlow!

We are thrilled to have Carrie as our Speaker for SWBC26 ☺️

Carrie has recently moved to Manchester after spending 10 years working for churches in Scotland and prior to that, working for Christian charities. She currently serves as a Pastoral Care Minister, coming alongside people in all walks of life, encouraging those who are seeking to support others, and training people who want to grow in their skills to walk alongside others. Carrie is also involved in Biblical counselling having trained with Biblical Counseling UK. She also drinks lots of tea! 🫖
