CHARITY OF THE MONTH: MAY
This month, we’re proud to be supporting Canongate Youth, a small but deeply impactful charity working with children and young people in the Canongate area of Edinburgh.
Canongate Youth provides a safe, welcoming space where young people can come together, build friendships, and take part in positive activities. Through youth clubs, mentoring, trips, and community projects, they help young people develop confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging.
Their work is especially important in an area where many young people face challenges such as poverty, inequality, and limited access to opportunities. By offering consistent support and trusted relationships, Canongate Youth helps young people feel seen, valued, and supported as they grow.
As a small, community-based organisation, every pound makes a real difference — helping to fund activities, provide resources, and keep this vital space open for those who need it most.
