It has come to our attention that a scam is currently circulating, with a company pretending to be Hidden Door and inviting people to apply for a stall at our Winter Art Market.

This is not us.

The company appears to be operating under the name Vendor UK and is asking applicants to pay to secure a space. Please do not make any payments.

Hidden Door will never ask for payment during the application process. Applications to our Winter Art Market are always free, and payment is only requested from successful applicants after the selection process has been completed, following the application deadline on 25th October.

To stay safe, please only apply through the official application form on the Hidden Door website and make sure you have read our terms and conditions.

If you receive any suspicious messages claiming to be from Hidden Door, please ignore them and let us know.

Tonight we'll be at the Scottish Thistle Awards where we're up for "Outstanding Cultural Event or Festival" 🏆

Delivered by VisitScotland, the awards are affectionately known as the “Tourism Oscars". We're proud to be shortlisted alongside two cultural giants - Edinburgh’s iconic Hogmanay and Military Tattoo.

The nomination celebrates our transformative approach to the arts, breathing new creative life into forgotten urban spaces.

🏭 The last shift is over.
The lights have gone out.
The music has faded.
The Factory Floor has fallen silent once again.

After five unforgettable days, we’ve officially clocked off from The Paper Factory.

Together, we transformed this extraordinary space with music, art, performance, creativity and community. We filled its rooms with stories, laughter, conversations and moments we’ll carry with us long after the doors have closed.

To everyone who made it possible — our volunteers, artists, creative collaborators, crew, funders, suppliers, partners, friends, supporters and, of course, our incredible audience — THANK YOU.

This may be the end of Hidden Door’s time at The Paper Factory, but it’s not the end of Hidden Door.

We’ll be back to uncover more forgotten spaces, champion more artists and create more unforgettable experiences.

🎧💜 It’s the final day of Hidden Door 2026, and .edinburgh are bringing their energy to The Paper Factory with a series of workshops designed to connect, inspire and empower.

Known for championing women and underrepresented voices in electronic music, EPiKA creates welcoming spaces to learn new skills, meet new people and get involved.

Whether you’re curious, creative or just keen to try something different, come join them for the last shift.

🔥 What a night!!

brought huge energy to The Paper Factory last night with their incredible High Water Mark show and we’re still thinking about it.

A breathtaking performance, an incredible crowd, and one of those Hidden Door moments that will stay with us for a long time.

Honestly, we’re still recovering. But there’s one more chance to clock in for the last shift.
