Bethany provides a suite of services which support people struggling with issues of homelessness helping them to: find suitable accommodation and furnish their homes, tackle addictions, learn new skills and gain employment, develop positive social networks and become active members of their local communities.

We're so grateful to you, our supporters, for championing Bethany’s mission over the past year!

Each of you contribute in your own unique way. Whether you give, pray, volunteer, fundraise, or advocate, your support is essential to the work of Bethany.

Woven together, every contribution creates a vibrant tapestry of compassion and hope across Scotland.

We would love for you to join us either in-person or online on Thursday 17th September 2026 at King's Church Edinburgh, from 7-9pm, for a night of celebration! Doors open at 6:30pm.

Bethany’s 'Creative Expressions' returns to the Edinburgh Fringe with The Ballad of Jack and Stacey, a half-hour lunchtime show to uplift and inspire. “Jack’s always gone his own path, that’s why Stacey has a soft spot for him. But after he lands a jail sentence, what will the future hold?”

A huge thank you to the Elie & Earlsferry Festival of Life team for inviting us along this week to facilitate workshops around the themes of justice and homelessness!

We really appreciate the opportunity we had to share about our work in Fife and across Scotland as well as a privilege to come alongside the team to see up close the incredible work they're doing in the local community. 💜

UK unemployment rates climbed to 5% towards the end of 2025, representing an increase to 1.8 million people without jobs. Pray for a strengthened jobs market and provision for men and women with little or no income.

Pray for Bethany - Bethany offers a range of services to support people who are out of work: from training and work experience placements to support with access to benefits. Pray that limited job opportunities would not lead individuals and families into the crisis of homelessness.
