TRIM & Friends of West Pilton ( FoWP) is a Tenant’s Group and it was set up by a group of local residents in Muirhouse with the help of Link-Up and advice and support from then TRIP. TRIM has a vision where Muirhouse & West Pilton is a positive place to live, where regeneration is sustainable and maintainable, where the community has influence on decisions being made on their behalf and where par

tnerships are formed and developed for the good of the community as a whole. TRIM and FoWP covers all tenants and residents in Muirhouse & West Pilton – from Council, Housing Association, Private Lets and Owner Occupiers. We aim to build on the positives, deal with the negatives and take an active part in the regeneration of the area. We are interested in the area as a whole, we want people to be proud of where they come from and we want them to feel that they are part of a strong, vibrant community that cares about them and their families. All Muirhouse and West Pilton tenants and residents are welcome and can take a full part in any discussions and vote on any decisions that need to be made. November 2013 we won TPAS Residents group of the year
