Join us on Saturday 29 August for the 3rd Scottish Kundalini Yoga Festival in Edinburgh celebrating Authenticity.

So one of the “aha” moments I had on my Kundalini Yoga Level 2 Teacher training was the fundamental importance we have within us to be our true authentic selves. As great a need as attachment. “We're born with a need for attachment and a need for authenticity,” psychiatrist Gabor Maté explains in his book The Myth of Normal. “Most people abandon their true selves (authenticity) to please others and keep the relationships (attachments), even if they are ones that are toxic and destructive.” We are taught at a young age to suppress our authenticity which can greatly affect our long term health and happiness.

The world is calling us to step into our true authentic selves. Join us in community to celebrate and connect.
