Today is Cat World Domination Day!

Becky is looking for a special kind of home and we thought today was the best day to introduce everyone to her 😺

Becky is 3 year old female looking for a very special home.

She previously lived as part of a colony so doesn’t have a lot of trust in humans, however loves other cats!

She has calicivirus and can have flare ups, so is currently on a low dose of loxicom daily to help manage this. Due to needing this ongoing treatment, she will not be suitable to be rehomed as a barn cat but will need outdoor access.

She has started to come out on the floor while we’re in the room now and will accept dreamies from us, so given time she may be able to trust one or two people.

She loves chicken flavoured food and sits in her specific spot to wait for breakfast and dinner!

Becky is looking for:
💞 A home with outdoor access
💞 Somewhere she can live with other cats
💞 A quiet home with no children
💞 Somewhere she can get lots of treats and yummy food!

UPDATE : We've had a communication from the owner, the cat is chipped and just likes to wander.

Please don't put down food for him as that will just confuse him - a bit of water in this weather is ok, but away from houses

💕ADOPT RICK AND MICHONNE 💕

Rick and Michonne are a mother and son pair looking for an indoor only home together!

Rick is a 2yr old neutered boy looking for his new home with his mum Michonne. He's looking for an indoor only home with no other pets but could live with cat savvy children. Rick is very cheeky and playful. He also loves singing and doing flops and bunny hops!

Michonne is a 3yr old neutered girl looking for her new home with her son Rick. She's looking for an indoor only home with no other pets but could live with cat savvy children. Its clear Rick got his personality from his mum as Michonne is also very chatty! She's a bit more chill than Rick and can often be found lounging somewhere comfy but still loves to come over for a play and eat some yummy wet food!

If you would like to ask about our adoption process or have any questions about Rick and Michonne, please email us [email protected] See less

💕ADOPT GREEBO💕

Greebo is a 3yr old neutered male looking for an indoor only home.

Before he came into it care, he was treated for fip and had to have one of his eyes removed. He recently had a check up for his other one and doesn't currently need it removed but the vets can't rule out that he might do in the future. He also may not have full vision in his remaining eye.

He's a really sweet boy who loves getting cuddles. He also likes sitting on our mattress so he's definitely a bed cat.

We've found him sleeping next to one of our other cats that is very gentle and calm, so he could potentially live with another easy going cat. As he has limited vision, he can sometimes get a fright when another cat approaches him so that would need to be kept in mind too.

He could live with teenagers but no young children and couldn't live with dogs.

He is wanting to be indoor only as that is what he's used but would be happy to have access to a catio too. He cannot have free access outside - even just into the garden - as his limited sight could get him hurt.

If you would like to ask about our adoption process or have any questions about Greebo, please email us [email protected]

😺We've recently updated our rehoming process!😺

After trialling it for a few months we have now updated our rehoming process to make it both smoother for adopters and less stressful for our cats. We no longer do walk in appointments - you have to go through our full rehoming process first.

1) Before adopting a cat, you need to assess your lifestyle and needs. Are you looking for an indoor only cat or one that goes outside? Would you want an energetic cat or one that’s a bit calmer? Are there any other pets or children that your new cat would have to be comfortable with?

2) Email us at [email protected] to learn more about our adoption process and to receive our adopters questionnaire.

3) Fill out our form. This can be for a specific cat you’ve seen on our page or it can be a speculative form for any other cats we have coming up for adoption.

4) When there’s a cat ready for adoption that we think matches you, we’ll invite you in for a visit. This can sometimes take a while as it depends on the cats that are handed into the shelter. Please let us know if you are no longer looking for a cat to adopt!

5) After your visit, we’ll arrange with you a date to adopt within the next week. There is a little bit of paperwork and an adoption fee to pay. After this you can take your new family member home!

If you're looking for a new cat to add to your family please email us at [email protected] 😺

😺Happy Caturday from Pepe and Maizie!😺

Both of these lovely ladies are still looking for a forever home.

Maizie has recently come out of her shell a lot and is being very affectionate!

And after careful consideration, we feel that Pepe could thrive in an indoor home instead of having outdoor access.

Both of their updated profiles are pinned to our page. Have a look if you would like to find out more about Pepe or Maizie
