A wee look back at our last Teatime Club in videos 💜
We just love seeing so many smiles and everyone enjoying themselves! Lots of singing, dancing and laughter throughout the evening.
A huge thank you to the fantastic David Hood for keeping us entertained and of course, a special mention for our very own Sue making her solo debut!👏and a wee giggle at our attempt at a conga line… we might need a bit more practice with that one! 😂

A huge thank you to everyone at the Seagull Trust Cruises - Ratho 💜
Over the year we’ve been lucky enough to enjoy five barge trips from Ratho, giving members from each of our club days the chance to enjoy a day out on the canal.
Last week was our final trip of the year, so we thought we’d share some of our favourite photos from across all five days. Lots of smiles, laughs and lovely memories made along the way!

A big thank you to all the Seagull Trust volunteers for making each trip so special for our members, and to The Dove Centre and Dove Transport for supporting us with transport and helping us get everyone there and home safely.

Days like these are also made possible thanks to the kind donations we receive throughout the year. They allow us to provide special days out and experiences for our members, so a huge thank you to everyone who supports our wee project, it really does make a difference. 💜

Sometimes the best way to explain what the Jubilee Club means is to hear it from the people who come along. 💛
We’ve been asking some of our members what they enjoy about the club, and their answers say far more than we ever could.

From friendships and laughter, to getting out of the house, enjoying activities and simply having somewhere welcoming to come each week, the club means something a little different to everyone.

We currently have spaces available at the Jubilee Club for people living with dementia.
If you have a family member who you think might enjoy coming along, or you’d simply like to find out a little more about what we offer, please get in touch. We’d be very happy to have a chat and answer any questions.

We would like to take the opportunity to say a big thank you to Jeff Holmes for choosing The Corstorphine Dementia Project as beneficiary of his biography Formidable: The Willie Woodburn Story.

Jeff and his readers raised a fantastic total of £909 for us and we are so grateful to Jeff for thinking of us.

All funds received directly benefit our members making their time using our services extra special from organising one-off day trips, celebrating special events and inviting artists to perform at the Jubilee Club.

There was plenty of jiving, singing and lots of laughs as Danny kept everyone entertained, although we think his fabulous outfit may have stolen the show! 😂
Such a lovely evening seeing everyone up dancing, smiling and simply enjoying themselves together.

Issue 113 is packed with another little glimpse into life at the Jubilee Club.
This month we’ve got photos from our barge trips, lots of brilliant arts and crafts, a few terrible jokes 😂, a farm-themed wordsearch and plenty of familiar smiling faces from around the club.
We love being able to share some of the fun, friendships and everyday moments that make the Jubilee Club so special.

A little World Cup fun with a fantastic result! ⚽🏆

A huge thank you to Debbie, Tesco Community Champion, and everyone at Tesco for raising an amazing £125 for Corstorphine Dementia Project through their World Cup game!
We’re incredibly grateful for the support. Donations like this help us continue providing activities, friendship, fun and meaningful moments for the people who attend our clubs.
Debbie popped in to see us and, of course, we couldn’t resist getting the World Cup trophy out for a photo!
