Dr Andy Stanfield’s Editorial ahead of SSBP 2026 in Edinburgh has been published in the Journal of Intellectual Disability Research (JIDR).

The editorial, titled “Effective Translation Required Effective Collaboration” discusses this year’s theme: Translational Synergies: Bridging Fundamental Science and Clinical Research in Genetic Neurodevelopmental Conditions.

Thank you so much to everyone who came along to our Fragile X Syndrome Edinburgh conference hosted in partnership with . It was great to bring together families, professionals and researchers to share experiences and learn from each other.
