Collin Powers is the founder and CEO of Ellyra, a company that seeks to make tennis more accessible and inclusive for players of all backgrounds and abilities. With a passion for innovation and tennis as a professional tennis player himself, Collin has led Ellyra in developing a virtual reality tennis engagement technology that significantly lowers the cost of play. Through this technology, he has also broadened participation in the sport by advancing adaptive systems that allow individuals with disabilities to play the sport with friends. He brings expertise and advice in the challenges and successes of building a startup from the ground up, and as a University of Edinburgh alumnus, he offers insights about the path from university to entreupreunership for aspiring entrepreneurs within our community.
