After many weeks of rehearsals and fine tuning of our chosen repertoire for our Summer Concert, we performed our favourite songs in conjunction with our sister choir DunbarSings at Morningside United Church at Holy Corner. https://www.facebook.com/p/DunbarSings-100063469843743/?locale=en_GB . We had a great turnout and some very enthusiastic audience participation and raised £290 for CHAS. Huge thanks go to our Choir Leader, Polly Phillips, who led us masterfully and made our performance sound stunning!

We had some wonderful compliments which makes it all worthwhile 😍. Thanks to everyone who participated and donated and made it a really memorable event!

Edinburgh's Capital Voices choir are promising an evening of song in Morningside United Church 6-7.30pm.

Tickets for the concert which gets under way at 6pm on 20th June, are £10 and £7 for concessions.

Happy New Year from all of us at Capital Voices Choir 🥳🤩😀

If you're looking for a new hobby or just something different to kick start the New Year, why not come along for a free try out session at Capital Voices?

We meet on Tuesdays during school term time from 7-9pm at Greenbank Church on Braidburn Terrace (side door, go to first floor, door on the left).

We are a very friendly and welcoming choir, there's no need to be able to read sheet music and lyrics are generally available. Term dates below:

Merry Christmas from Capital Voices Choir - singing Christmas carols at Cameron Toll yesterday in aid of CHAS. Lots of folks stopped to listen which was lovely 🥰 and an older gentleman was heard singing "Rocking Around the Christmas Tree" as he walked away 😍!

UPDATE - We raised £843, nearly double last year's amount 😎, huge thanks to everyone who stopped to listen / joined in / donated 😍

If you fancy joining a choir in 2026, why not come along for a free taster session! We meet on Tuesdays during school term time at Greenbank Parish Church, Braidburn Terrace, side door - take the stairs at the end of the corridor.
We have a wide repertoire of songs, old and new, everybody is welcome (even if you think you can't sing!) and there's no requirement to be able to read music.
Time: 7pm - 9pm
