The third member to meet is Lea.

Lea rediscovered her love of pottery after thirty years when a series of unfortunate events made her think about what she wanted to do with her free time.
A couple of courses later, and a serendipitous encounter, lead her to The Bridge Collective.

For the past three years she has developed her own style that is ‘eclectic’. She loves colour and eccentricity, it reflects her personality. You'll find her pieces a mishmash of patchwork, with each section a different colour - sometimes rainbow, sometimes different shades of one colour and sometimes a, 'Oh hell, let's see what the kiln gods do!' All her pieces are unique, and even if she could replicate something, that's not her!

New kiln opening! We love the results. When we have new glazes is always more exciting.

We started last month with our members presentation. The second member to meet is Adriana.

Adriana loves exploring the possibilities of ceramics. Inspired by nature's endless textures, colors, and shapes, she's increasingly embracing a sculptural approach.
She is currently revisiting, modifying and testing improvements on special effects glaze formulas she has used on her work such as shimmering lustres, floating glazes, real mattes and crawling glazes.

Let’s start by showing you who is behind the Bridge Pottery Collective. The first member to meet is George.

George has dedicated his practice to using wild, waste and self-collected materials, including clay, rock and wood ash. This connects his work to place and disconnects it from industrial processes. He fires his work in a gas kiln or self-built wood kiln.

George also runs workshops firing his self-built fastfire wood kiln. Follow him at

Our movement exhibition is ready. Please feel free to come and have a look at our work. It would be lovely to see you all at the gallery. It will be open until the 15th Nobember.

About yesterday preview. Thanks a lot to all the visitors.
The Movement BPC Exhibition was great! It was fantastic to share the time with all of you and to discover what it means the movement concept for each member.
We have a beautiful space, thanks to for the amazing gallery.
