We've received reports of fraudsters targeting sheltered housing schemes through both doorstep visits and telephone calls.

To help keep yourself safe:
✔️ Only let in visitors you are expecting and whose identity has been verified.
✔️ Never buy from doorstep sellers.
✔️ Don't share personal information or arrange appointments following unexpected phone calls.
✔️ If you have an appointment booked with Signature Healthcare or Signature Mobility, please cancel it and contact your Development team.
✔️ If you're ever unsure whether a caller or visitor is genuine, speak to a Hanover employee before taking any action.

If something doesn't feel right, trust your instincts and report it immediately.
