Last weekend we were invited by for a wee getaway at the amazing Pitlochry Youth Hostel ⛅️

It was a great chance to have a break from our busy lives and celebrate each other and our communities 🥳

Loads of dancing, laughter and some serious UNO action 😌 Big thank you to for showing us the continuous beauty of Scotland 🤲

🎉🪄We did it! A few days ago we completed our 5th safe resettlement of an amazing family experiencing forced displacement!

We feel overwhelmed with emotions and gratitude, and we can't wait to introduce and welcome them to our wider community!

Our first Family prepared the food and Family 2,3 and 4 made beautiful welcome cards and posters.

It's been a busy couple of days and there's still many tasks ahead, but we couldn't have dreamt of a better team of beautiful, proactive, and warm volunteers to provide the ultimate support for Family 5!

We are so excited to share some beautiful news with you - we will be welcoming a Syrian family of 3 into our community! 🇸🇾🫂

It’s the 5th time we’re supporting the safe resettlement of displaced people and this one feels even more special; this family has been waiting for asylum for 10 years.

The theme is something that’s very close to our hearts and we’re extremely honored to partner with .edinburgh and in celebrating community together ❤️‍🩹 Expect beautiful and moving pieces of art in a variety of forms, exploring belonging, home, and collective care 🏡
