4 Shipmates from the RNA Scottish Area are participating in the Edinburgh KiltWalk on Sunday 13th September.

We’re taking on the Big Stroll (approx. 11miles), starting 10:30 (definitely hoping to be finished and home for Sunday Lunch 🤪).

We’ve registered individually, but as a Team - the RNA Bimblers.

The RNA’s Thriving Together initiative helps tackle loneliness and isolation as well as fostering wellbeing and comradeship.

Rosyth and West Fife Branch which was formed on the 7th May 1951 celebrated their 75th Anniversary at the weekend with a meal attended by Branch shipmates. Our Guest of Honour was General Secretary Bill Oliphant who presented the Branch with a certificate of recognition and Shipmate Norman Thoroughgood with Life Membership for his 18 years as Social Sec as well as his fund-raising work in the local community. On Sunday we attended a Church Service in Inverkeithing where we remembered past shipmates and renewed our pledge to the RNA.
