On an additional 46 houses for Edenfield H66 site, proposed by Northstone as part of their consultation.
It is expected that a planning application will follow the consultation, requiring further comment.

📢 Planning Update – Taylor Wimpey Planning Application 2022/0451
Thank you to everyone who submitted objections during the recent consultation which closed at the end of August.
📅 The revised plans will be considered by Rossendale Borough Council’s Development Control Committee on 7th October 2025.
If the Committee accepts the Planning Department’s recommendation, planning permission will be granted, subject to conditions outlined in the Planning Officer’s Report (available on the RBC website – item B1).

🏛️ Members of the public are welcome to attend in person at Futures Park, Bacup, starting at 6.30pm.
