Small actions equal huge impacts for our resident dogs in the Philippines. 🐕❤️

For just £6 - the same price as a high street coffee - you can feed one of our IWCT rescue dogs for a full week while they recover and await their forever home.
Every single bowl filled gives a former stray the strength to heal.

At IWCT, we don’t just treat the dogs who walk through our clinic doors today - we work to ensure a safer, kinder world for them tomorrow. Through our community education programmes in the Philippines, we teach the next generation about responsible pet ownership, compassion, and animal welfare.

By empowering communities with knowledge, we are creating sustainable, long-term change for thousands of animals.

So giving to IWCT not only helps animals in immediate danger, it really does ensure the safety of so many more animals for years to come.

Every single dog at our Treatment Centre has a story. Some arrived scared, others malnourished or injured, but thanks to our dedicated team and supporters like you, their stories don't end there. 🐾

Day in and day out, our team provides safe shelter, nutritious food, medical treatment, and lots of well-deserved belly rubs to help these resilient pups heal and learn to trust again.

We believe every animal deserves a chance at a healthy, happy life. If you’d like to see how we care for our residents or find out how you can support their recovery journey, head over to the link in our bio.

Congratulations to our student vets on this excellent achievement!

You have already helped so many families and their pets, and will no doubt continue to do so for a very long time!

Sunshine, Kilay, and kennelmate Jimrell know how to stay cool in the heat! 😎

We hope everyone had a wonderful Bank Holiday Weekend - remember to stay cool and keep these tips handy while the sun is beating down:

🐶Walking dogs should be kept for first thing in the morning, or late in the evening. Even in the evening you'll still need to be careful that the ground's not too hot for your pup!
🐶Hydration is key - keep lots of cool (not freezing cold though!) bowls of water available to your pets so they can stay topped up and hydrated.
🐶A car can become an oven in no time - so never leave your dog in a car, they're much better off staying at home in a cool room.

Providing veterinary care isn't just about looking after sick animals, as our IWCT Philippines team well know.

It's also about providing reassurance, guidance and support to the loving families that trust us to look after their pets during their most vulnerable times!
