Personal Best NW Personal Best 2012 NW is a FREE pre-employment programme utilising the inspiration of the opportunit The course will run for 8 - 12 weeks.

There are 9 Units to complete in the course;

*Becoming a volunteer

* volunteering and the olympics

* Emergancy and basic fire awareness

* Public safety awareness

* Understanding effective customer relations

* Understanding eqaulity and diversity

* Introduction to conflict resolution in a public environment

* Developing team and interpersonal skills

* Preparing for and reflecting on a volu

nteer placement


At the end of the course you will gain a level 1 award in event volunteering. It is the perfect opportunity to be proactive, gain some confidence, prepare you for working life, gain essential work experience and most of all HAVE FUN! The best thing is its FREE! All Travel, Childcare and Lunch expenses are paid for by us too! At the end of the course you will gain an OCN recognised qualification level 1 award in Event Volunteering which will help you on your path to employment.
