Upcoming sessions at Sirhowy Hill Woodlands 🍀

Monday 29th June 930 am- 4pm: Winching logs- skilled task but manual labour needed and good opportunity to see what is involved. Possible training provided when available. ​​​​​​
Friday 3rd July 930 am- 4 pm Litterpick- Flytipped area of woodlands needs clearing.
Thursday 16th July 930-4pm: Woodland management activities TBC.
Thursday 23rd July 930am-4pm: Woodland management activities TBC.
Friday 31st July 930-4pm: Woodland management activities TBC.
Woodland management sessions meet in the main Thomas Ellis layby.

Volunteering offers the chance to step back from our everyday lives, appreciate what we have or even take for granted and give back in whatever way we can to those who are less fortunate, whilst also helping nature and biodiversity.

Kidz R Us is a volunteer-run organisation supporting children and young people through creative activities, classes, and performance opportunities.

Their work helps ensure that young people can access affordable, inclusive arts experiences, building confidence, skills, and aspiration.
