There will be no session August but we are back on September 18th for our 2 year anniversary party.
Quick update - as many of you know I am expecting my 2nd baby in February 2027. Phab will continue to run up untill december 2026. I will then be taking a break untill spring / summer 2027. I will need to take some much needed rest for myself and for our new little bundle of joy and to watch daisy become the best big sister! I promise you all phab will continue and I will keep you all updated. ###

Our first phab session is Tommorow Friday 20th Feb. Rassau senior citizens hall. 5.30pm untill 7.30pm. £5 entry per individual. Everything on tuck shop £1. Raffle £2 a strip. Please bring change. Look forward to seeing you all.

Our phab Christmas party is this Friday. 5.30pm untill 7.30pm. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOUR ATTENDING AND IF ANYONE ELSE IS COMING.
£5 per individual.
We will have a visit from Santa
Food.
our very own in-house DJ Dan doing a disco music and karaoke.
Games.
Tuck shop. Nothing more than £3
A raffle. £3 a ticket over 30 prizes to be won.
PLEASE BRING CHANGE. Please let me know if your attending.
